WEEKEND AS HIGH PRESSURE DRIFTS SLOWLY ACROSS THE SOUTHEAST  
STATES, ALLOWING WARM AIR FROM THE GULF OF MEXICO TO RIDE  
NORTHWARD ALONG THE APPALACHIAN CHAIN. EXPECT CLEAR SKIES AND  
LIGHT WINDS OVERNIGHT, WITH TEMPERATURES FALLING GENERALLY INTO  
THE 20S. THE INCREASE OF GULF MOISTURE WILL RESULT IN SCATTERED  
CLOUDS ACROSS THE MOUNTAINS ON SATURDAY, POSSIBLY WITH AN ISOLATED  
SPRINKLE. SATURDAY AFTERNOON HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE FROM THE  
MID 40S ACROSS SOUTHEAST WEST VIRGINIA, TO THE UPPER 50S FOR AREAS
