EARLY FRIDAY MORNING. IN ADDITION...AREAS ALONG THE TENNESSEE  
BORDER ARE FORECAST TO SEE AN INCH OR TWO OF SNOW BY MIDDAY  
FRIDAY. THE COMBINATION OF LIGHT SNOW ACCUMULATIONS AND GUSTY  
NORTHWEST WINDS WILL CREATE DIFFICULT DRIVING  
CONDITIONS...ESPECIALLY ACROSS HIGH ELEVATION AREAS. THE STRONG  
GUSTY WINDS AND LIGHT SNOW SHOULD TAPER OFF GRADUALLY BY LATE
