AT 1230 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A  
STRONG THUNDERSTORM NEAR BLACKSTOCK...OR 7 MILES SOUTHEAST OF  
CHESTER...MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH.  
 
THIS STORM WILL IMPACT LOCATIONS NEAR...  
GREAT FALLS...  
 
MOTHBALL SIZE HAIL...WIND GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH AND TORRENTIAL RAINFALL  
ARE EXPECTED WITH THIS STORM. ADDITIONAL STORMS MAY DEVELOP  
LATER...POSING A SMALL THREAT OF LOCALIZED FLOODING IF THESE STORMS  
MOVE OVER THE SAME AREAS WHICH PREVIOUSLY SAW HEAVY RAINFALL.  
 
THE COMBINATION OF GUSTY WINDS AND WET SOIL CONDITIONS WILL CAUSE  
SCATTERED TREES AND POWER LINES TO FALL. SEEK SHELTER INSIDE AN  
INTERIOR ROOM.  
 
HEAVY RAINS MAY FLOOD AREAS WITH POOR DRAINAGE...SUCH AS DITCHES AND  
UNDERPASSES. AVOID THESE AREAS AND DO NOT CROSS FLOODED ROADS. WATER  
LEVELS OF SMALL STREAMS AND RIVERS MAY ALSO RISE RAPIDLY. SEEK HIGHER  
GROUND IF THREATENED BY FLOOD WATERS.
