CHARLOTTE...MATTHEWS...MINT HILL...FREEDOM PARK... THE  
ARBORETUM...THE PLAZA...REEDY CREEK PARK...SOUTHPARK MALL AND  
STALLINGS.  
 
WIND GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE IN THESE AREAS.
