...PATCH DENSE FOG ACROSS SOUTHWEST TENNESSEE AND SOUTHWEST NORTH  
CAROLINA THIS MORNING...  
 
PLENTY OF MOISTURE, WET GROUND, AND BREAKS IN THE CLOUDS HAVE  
ALLOWED PATCHY DENSE FOG TO DEVELOP ACROSS SOUTHEAST TENNESSEE AND  
SOUTHWEST NORTH CAROLINA EARLY THIS MORNING. THE DENSE FOG WILL  
REDUCE VISIBILITY TO LESS THAN ONE-QUARTER MILE AT TIMES.  
 
WHEN TRAVELING THIS MORNING, DRIVE WITH CAUTION AND SLOW DOWN.  
GIVE YOURSELF EXTRA TIME TO REACH YOUR DESTINATION THIS MORNING.  
ALSO, GIVE YOURSELF EXTRA ROOM BETWEEN YOU AND THE VEHICLE AHEAD  
OF YOU.  
 
THE FOG WILL DISSIPATE BY MID TO LATE MORNING GIVING WAY TO PARTLY  
SUNNY SKY AND WARM TEMPERATURES.
