THERE WERE SOME ICY PATCHES ON ROADS AND SIDEWALKS THIS MORNING IN
AREAS THAT HAD RAIN LAST EVENING. AS TEMPERATURES FELL BELOW
FREEZING, THE WATER, RATHER THAN DRYING, FROZE. PATCHY FOG FORMED
AS WELL IN THE CLEARING BEHIND THE RAIN. SO, AS YOU HEAD OUT THIS
MORNING ALLOW A LITTLE EXTRA TIME AND SLOW DOWN. BE CAREFUL,
ESPECIALLY ON STEPS, AND IF DRIVING, ON BRIDGES.

FOR TODAY LOOK FOR AREAS OF FOG EARLY ACROSS MUCH NORTH DAKOTA
AND MINNESOTA. EXPECT RAIN SHOWERS FROM SIOUX FALLS TO
MINNEAPOLIS. PARTLY SUNNY OVER THE REST OF THE NORTHERN PLAINS AND
ADJACENT CANADIAN PRAIRIES. HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL BE IN THE
COOLER 30S NORTH AND EAST WHILE PARTS OF EASTERN MONTANA TOUCH ON
60.

SATURDAY DAYTIME LOOKS DRY AND THEN THERE IS A CHANCE OF
PRECIPITATION SATURDAY NIGHT INTO SUNDAY.
