OBSERVED FLOODING CHANGED FROM MINOR TO MODERATE SEVERITY AND  
INCREASED IN DURATION FOR...  
 
* HILLSBORO...ON THE GOOSE RIVER...IN TRAILL COUNTY.  
 
* FORECAST FLOODING CHANGED FROM MINOR TO MODERATE SEVERITY AND  
INCREASED IN DURATION FOR...
