TODAY, MOSTLY SUNNY SKIES DOMINATED THE AREA ONCE AGAIN. COMBINED  
WITH A WESTERLY WIND, TEMPERATURES ROSE TO VALUES ROUGHLY 10 TO  
15 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL AND PEAKED IN THE UPPER 70S TO LOWER 80S.  
WINDS WERE GUSTY AT TIMES WITH MAX GUSTS OF 30 MPH OBSERVED.  
 
FOR TONIGHT, GRADUALLY CLEARING SKIES WILL ONCE AGAIN ALLOW  
OVERNIGHT LOWS TO FALL RAPIDLY. TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE FROM THE  
LOW 30S ACROSS THE PANHANDLE TO THE LOW 40S IN CENTRAL NEBRASKA.  
QUIET WEATHER WILL PERSIST THROUGH FRIDAY AS HIGHS ARE EXPECTED TO
