AREAS OF DENSE FOG AND LOW CLOUDS WILL AFFECT THE PRESCRIBED FIRE  
SITE EARLY THIS MORNING WITH CONDITIONS EXPECTED TO IMPROVE  
BEGINNING MID MORNING. LIGHT WINDS WILL PREVAIL TODAY WITH WINDS  
INCREASING THIS AFTERNOON UP TO 7 MPH. STABLE CONDITIONS THIS  
MORNING OVER THE PRESCRIBED AREA WILL GIVE WAY TO IMPROVE  
DISPERSAL IN THE AFTERNOON. OVERALL, SLIGHT WARMER AND DRIER  
CONDITIONS ARE ANTICIPATED TODAY COMPARED TO YESTERDAY. MINIMUM  
AFTERNOON HUMIDITY BETWEEN 35 AND 40 PERCENT IS EXPECTED OVER THE
