LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW CONTINUES ACROSS PARTS OF THE EASTERN  
PANHANDLE AND NORTHWEST NEBRASKA. SNOWFALL RATES OF A TENTH OF AN  
INCH TO A HALF INCH PER HOUR ARE EXPECTED ALONG WITH VISIBILITY AS  
LOW AS ONE HALF MILE AT TIMES. SNOW IS EXPECTED TO START OVER  
SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA BETWEEN 1 AND 3 PM CST. GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH ARE  
EXPECTED IN THE EARLY AFTERNOON. ALSO, A REMINDER THAT THE  
HEAVIEST SNOW WILL LARGELY OCCUR MID AFTERNOON THROUGH EARLY  
TOMORROW MORNING WITH THIS WINTER STORM.  
 
MOTORISTS SHOULD USE CAUTION WHILE TRAVELING, AND BE PREPARED FOR  
SNOW COVERED ROADS AND LIMITED VISIBILITY. WINTER STORM WARNINGS
