AFTERNOON, SLOWLY SUBSIDING THIS EVENING.  
 
* WINDS...SUSTAINED WIND SPEEDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH ARE EXPECTED, WITH  
GUSTS AROUND 50 MPH.  
 
* IMPACTS...STRONG WINDS WILL BLOW AROUND UNSECURED OBJECTS.  
TRAVEL MAY BE DIFFICULT FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. FIRE DANGER  
MAY BE ENHANCED IN AGRICULTURAL FIELDS.
