SANDBARS AND NEAR STRUCTURES SUCH AS GROINS, JETTIES, AND PIERS.  
TALK TO LIFEGUARDS AND BEACH OFFICIALS TO LEARN ABOUT ANY SURF  
HAZARDS AND HEED THEIR ADVICE. PAY ATTENTION TO FLAGS AND POSTED  
SIGNS AND SWIM IN LIFE GUARDED AREAS.
