DUE TO THE UNUSUALLY HIGH FLOWS, CAUTION SHOULD BE EXERCISED DURING  
ACTIVITIES ALONG THE RIVER AS RIVER FLOWS MAY BE SIGNIFICANTLY  
FASTER THAN THEY MAY APPEAR.
