MEXICO, SOUTHWEST TEXAS AND WESTERN TEXAS.  
   
DAY ONE
 
TODAY AND TONIGHT  
 
CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TODAY ACROSS SOUTHEAST  
NEW MEXICO AND MOST OF CULBERSON COUNTY. A RED FLAG WARNING IS IN  
EFFECT.  
   
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
 
SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY  
 
EAST WINDS WILL INCREASE TO AROUND 30 TO 40 MPH THROUGH GUADALUPE  
PASS BEHIND A COLD FRONT SUNDAY MORNING.  
 
THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE SUNDAY MAINLY ACROSS THE LOWER TRANS  
PECOS, BUT COULD BE A LITTLE FARTHER WEST INTO THE BIG BEND AREA AND  
NORTH INTO THE FAR SOUTHERN PERMIAN BASIN. AN ISOLATED STRONG STORM  
CANNOT BE RULED OUT.
