STRONG WINDS WILL BE POSSIBLE IN THE GUADALUPE MOUNTAINS SUNDAY AS  
AN UPPER LEVEL STORM SYSTEM PASSES NORTH OF THE REGION. A HIGH WIND  
WATCH IS IN EFFECT.  
 
WINDY CONDITIONS SUNDAY MAY COMBINE WITH VERY DRY AIR AND HIGH FIRE  
DANGER TO PRODUCE CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS OVER SOUTHEAST NEW  
MEXICO AND MUCH OF WEST TEXAS. A FIRE WEATHER WATCH IS IN EFFECT.
