GRASSES.  
 
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY: 6 TO 10 PERCENT.  
 
* WIND: WEST TO NORTHWEST 15 TO 20 MPH IN THE MORNING, SHIFTING TO  
THE NORTHEAST BY EARLY AFTERNOON, WITH LOCALIZED SPEEDS  
APPROACHING 20 TO 25 MPH.  
 
* TEMPERATURE: 5 TO 12 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL.  
 
* FUELS: CRITICALLY DRY.  
 
* TIMING: LATE THIS MORNING THROUGH EARLY THIS EVENING.
