WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING RIVERS IN NEW MEXICO...  
 
RIO OJO CALIENTE BELOW LA MADERA AFFECTING RIO ARRIBA COUNTY  
 
A COMBINATION OF ABOVE NORMAL MOUNTAIN SNOWPACK, WARM TEMPERATURES,  
AND RAINFALL TODAY WILL PRODUCE HIGH FLOWS ON THE RIO OJO CALIENTE  
BELOW LA MADERA. THE RIVER WILL CREST NIGHTLY ABOVE FLOOD STAGE  
WHILE FALLING BELOW FLOOD STAGE IN THE AFTERNOON.

* FLOOD STAGE IS 7.0 FEET.  
* MINOR FLOODING IS FORECAST.  
* FORECAST...RISE ABOVE FLOOD STAGE BY TONIGHT AND CONTINUE TO RISE  
TO NEAR 7.5 FEET BY THURSDAY MORNING.  
* IMPACT...AT 7.0 FEET...FARM AND PASTURE LAND IS BEING INUNDATED, AND  
IRRIGATION CHANNELS AND GATES MAY BE SEVERLY DAMAGED IF HIGH FLOWS
