INCLUDING THE CITIES OF LORDSBURG, RED ROCK, AND VIRDEN

BLOWING DUST AND REDUCED VISIBILITIES ARE BEGINNING TO DEVELOP  
ACROSS PORTIONS OF INTERSTATE 10 WEST OF LORDSBURG NEAR MILE  
MARKER 10. WEST WINDS OF 15 TO 20 MPH ARE OCCURRING ALONG WITH  
GUSTS TO NEAR 30 MPH. A COMBINATION OF THE WIND AND INSTABILITY  
DUE TO THE WARMER TEMPERATURES IS HELPING LOFT DUST PARTICLES FROM  
THE NEARBY LORDSBURG PLAYA. MOTORISTS SHOULD BE ALERT TO RAPIDLY  
CHANGING VISIBILITY IN THE AREA WITH VISIBILITIES QUICKLY DROPPING  
BELOW ONE QUARTER OF A MILE TO SOMETIMES NEAR ZERO WITH LITTLE TO  
NO ADVANCED WARNING. WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO SUBSIDE IN THIS AREA  
NEAR SUNSET THIS EVENING.
