AT 721 PM MDT, DOPPLER RADAR WAS TRACKING A STRONG THUNDERSTORM 6  
MILES SOUTHWEST OF STEINS, NEARLY STATIONARY TO MOVING WEST AT 5 MPH.  
 
NICKEL SIZE HAIL AND WINDS IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH WITH BLOWING DUST WILL  
BE POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM.  
 
THIS STORM WILL CREATE BLOWING DUST ACROSS INTERSTATE 10 CAUSING  
RAPID REDUCTION OF VISIBILITY TO NEAR ZERO AND POSE A HAZARD TO  
TRAVELERS.  
 
LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...  
GRANITE GAP, ROAD FORKS, STEINS AND LORDSBURG PLAYA.  
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...  
 
TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IS ALSO OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM, AND MAY LEAD  
TO LOCALIZED FLOODING. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH FLOODED  
ROADWAYS.  
 
FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM.  
LIGHTNING CAN STRIKE 10 MILES AWAY FROM A THUNDERSTORM. SEEK A SAFE
