ONCE AGAIN BRING VERY DRY AIR AND STRONG WINDS TO THE BORDERLAND  
TODAY. SINGLE DIGIT RELATIVE HUMIDITIES ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE  
REGION AS TEMPERATURES WARM INTO THE 90S FOR THE LOWLANDS. THESE  
DRY CONDITIONS WILL COMBINE WITH INCREASING WINDS TO CREATE
