SNOWFALL, WITH TOTAL AMOUNTS OF 15 TO 20 CM IS EXPECTED.  
 
HEAVY SNOW TONIGHT INTO SATURDAY MORNING.  
 
RAIN WILL CHANGE TO SNOW BY EARLY THIS EVENING FOLLOWING THE PASSAGE  
OF A SHARP COLD FRONT. THERE IS ALSO A CHANCE OF BRIEF FREEZING RAIN  
DURING THE CHANGE OVER.  
 
SNOW AT TIMES HEAVY, ALONG WITH LOCAL BLOWING SNOW, IS EXPECTED TO  
CONTINUE UNTIL MIDDAY SATURDAY. TOTAL SNOWFALL AMOUNTS OF 15 TO 20  
CM IS EXPECTED BY THIS TIME.  
 
BE PREPARED TO ADJUST YOUR DRIVING WITH CHANGING ROAD CONDITIONS.  
SURFACES SUCH AS HIGHWAYS, ROADS, WALKWAYS AND PARKING LOTS MAY  
BECOME DIFFICULT TO NAVIGATE DUE TO ACCUMULATING SNOW. IF VISIBILITY  
IS REDUCED WHILE DRIVING, SLOW DOWN, WATCH FOR TAIL LIGHTS AHEAD AND  
BE PREPARED TO STOP.  
 
SNOWFALL WARNINGS ARE ISSUED WHEN SIGNIFICANT SNOWFALL IS EXPECTED.
