SIGNIFICANT FREEZING RAIN BEGINNING THIS AFTERNOON.  
 
A LARGE LOW PRESSURE AREA CONTINUES TO DELIVER A MIX OF  
PRECIPITATION THIS WEEKEND. ICE PELLETS IS EXPECTED TO REDEVELOP  
THIS MORNING THEN CHANGE TO FREEZING RAIN THIS AFTERNOON. IT SHOULD  
PERSIST FOR MANY HOURS BEFORE CHANGING TO RAIN TONIGHT.  
 
ICE ACCUMULATIONS COMBINED WITH STRONG NORTHEAST WINDS UP TO 70 KM/H  
WILL LIKELY RESULT IN SOME POWER OUTAGES DUE TO FALLEN TREE LIMBS  
AND POWER LINES.  
 
SURFACES SUCH AS HIGHWAYS, ROADS, WALKWAYS AND PARKING LOTS WILL  
BECOME ICY, SLIPPERY AND HAZARDOUS. BEWARE OF BRANCHES OR ELECTRICAL  
WIRES THAT COULD BREAK UNDER THE WEIGHT OF ICE.
