FREEZING RAIN BEGINNING THIS AFTERNOON OR EVENING.  
 
A LARGE LOW PRESSURE AREA WILL BRING A MESSY MIX OF PRECIPITATION TO  
THE REGION THIS WEEKEND. A SIGNIFICANT BAND OF PRECIPITATION WILL  
MOVE INTO THE REGION THIS MORNING, LIKELY ARRIVING AS SNOW AND ICE  
PELLETS. IT WILL CHANGE TO FREEZING RAIN THIS AFTERNOON OR EVENING,  
AND PERSIST THROUGH SUNDAY NIGHT INTO MONDAY.  
 
ICE ACCUMULATIONS COMBINED WITH GUSTY NORTHEAST WIND TO 50 KM/H MAY  
RESULT IN SOME POWER OUTAGES DUE TO FALLEN TREE LIMBS AND POWER  
LINES.  
 
SURFACES SUCH AS HIGHWAYS, ROADS, WALKWAYS AND PARKING LOTS WILL  
BECOME ICY, SLIPPERY AND HAZARDOUS. CONSIDER POSTPONING  
NON-ESSENTIAL TRAVEL UNTIL CONDITIONS IMPROVE.
