SIGNIFICANT FREEZING RAIN EXPECTED THIS EVENING. POWER OUTAGES  
LIKELY.  
 
MOST AREAS RECEIVED ICE PELLETS MIXED AT TIMES WITH WITH FREEZING  
RAIN TODAY RESULTING IN CHALLENGING DRIVING CONDITIONS. IT IS  
EXPECTED THAT THE PRECIPITATION WILL TRANSITION TO MAINLY FREEZING  
RAIN THIS EVENING AND THEN POSSIBLY HEAVY RAIN OVERNIGHT.  
 
AN ADDITIONAL ICE BUILDUP OF 5 TO 10 MM REMAINS POSSIBLE THIS  
EVENING. STRONG WINDS GUSTING TO 70 TO LOCALLY 80 KM/H IN  
COMBINATION WITH THE ICE ACCUMULATION WILL LIKELY STILL RESULT IN  
MANY POWER OUTAGES DUE TO FALLEN TREES LIMBS AND POWER LINES.  
 
DANGEROUS WINTER DRIVING CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED ON UNTREATED ROADS,  
WORSENED BY FALLEN TREE LIMBS.  
 
TRAVEL IS NOT RECOMMENDED. BEWARE OF BRANCHES OR ELECTRICAL WIRES  
THAT COULD BREAK UNDER THE WEIGHT OF ICE. STAY AWAY FROM FALLEN
