RAIN TODAY RESULTING IN CHALLENGING DRIVING CONDITIONS. FREEZING  
RAIN MIXED AT TIMES WITH ICE PELLETS IS FORECAST THIS EVENING BEFORE  
CHANGING OVER TO RAIN BY MIDNIGHT.  
 
ICE ACCUMULATIONS COMBINED WITH GUSTY NORTHEAST WINDS RANGING FROM  
70 TO 90 KM/H WILL LIKELY RESULT IN POWER OUTAGES DUE TO FALLEN TREE  
LIMBS AND POWER LINES.
