ICE BUILD-UP DUE TO FREEZING RAIN IS EXPECTED OR OCCURRING.  
 
FREEZING RAIN THIS EVENING WITH SOME POWER OUTAGES LIKELY.  
 
MOST AREAS RECEIVED ICE PELLETS MIXED AT TIMES WITH WITH FREEZING  
RAIN TODAY RESULTING IN CHALLENGING DRIVING CONDITIONS. MAINLY  
FREEZING RAIN IS FORECAST THIS EVENING BEFORE CHANGING OVER TO RAIN  
BY MIDNIGHT.  
 
ICE ACCUMULATIONS COMBINED WITH GUSTY NORTHEAST WINDS RANGING FROM  
70 TO 90 KM/H WILL LIKELY RESULT IN POWER OUTAGES DUE TO FALLEN TREE  
LIMBS AND POWER LINES.  
 
DANGEROUS WINTER DRIVING CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED ON UNTREATED ROADS,  
WORSENED BY FALLEN TREE LIMBS.  
 
TAKE EXTRA CARE WHEN WALKING OR DRIVING IN AFFECTED AREAS. BE  
PREPARED TO ADJUST YOUR DRIVING WITH CHANGING ROAD CONDITIONS. ICE  
BUILD-UP MAY CAUSE TREE BRANCHES TO BREAK. BEWARE OF BRANCHES OR  
ELECTRICAL WIRES THAT COULD BREAK UNDER THE WEIGHT OF ICE.
