MORE FREEZING RAIN THIS EVENING WITH SOME POWER OUTAGES LIKELY.  
 
THE ICE BUILDUP MAY BE IN THE 5 TO 10 MM RANGE. STRONG WINDS WITH  
GUSTS TO 80 KM/H COMBINED WITH THESE ICE ACCUMULATIONS WILL LIKELY  
CAUSE SOME POWER OUTAGES DUE TO FALLEN TREE LIMBS AND POWER LINES.  
 
DANGEROUS WINTER DRIVING CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED ON UNTREATED ROADS,  
WORSENED BY FALLEN TREE LIMBS.  
 
STAY AWAY FROM FALLEN POWER LINES. PUBLIC SAFETY CANADA ENCOURAGES  
EVERYONE TO MAKE AN EMERGENCY PLAN AND GET AN EMERGENCY KIT WITH  
DRINKING WATER, FOOD, MEDICINE, A FIRST-AID KIT AND A FLASHLIGHT.
