FREEZING RAIN GRADUALLY CHANGING TO RAIN OVERNIGHT. POWER OUTAGES  
LIKELY.  
 
FREEZING RAIN HAS ENVELOPED MANY AREAS AND WILL CONTINUE INTO THE  
OVERNIGHT HOURS. IT WILL CHANGE TO RAIN LATER TONIGHT.  
 
ICE ACCUMULATIONS COMBINED WITH GUSTY NORTHEAST WINDS RANGING FROM  
70 CLOSE TO 90 KM/H NEAR LAKE ONTARIO WILL RESULT IN SPORADIC POWER  
OUTAGES DUE TO FALLEN TREE LIMBS AND POWER LINES.  
 
DANGEROUS WINTER DRIVING CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED ON UNTREATED ROADS,  
WORSENED BY FALLEN TREE LIMBS.
