==DISCUSSION==  
 
RAINFALL, COMBINED WITH MELTING SNOW, CONTINUES. THE FROZEN GROUND  
HAS A REDUCED ABILITY TO ABSORB THIS RAINFALL.  
 
SIGNIFICANT RAINFALL IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE AFTER MIDNIGHT. THE  
RAIN MAY FALL HEAVILY AT TIMES WITH AMOUNTS LIKELY IN THE 20 TO 30  
MM RANGE. GODERICH REPORTED 16 MM IN ONE HOUR EARLIER THIS EVENING  
WITH THIS BAND.  
 
SOME ADDITIONAL RAINFALL IS LIKELY LATE TONIGHT INTO MONDAY, ALBEIT  
LIGHTER. TOTAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS FOR THE WEEKEND WILL BE IN THE 30 TO  
40 MM RANGE WITH LOCALIZED AMOUNTS OF 60 MM.  
 
LOCALIZED FLOODING IN LOW-LYING AREAS IS POSSIBLE. KEEP CHILDREN AND  
PETS AWAY FROM CREEKS AND RIVER BANKS.
