FREEZING RAIN GRADUALLY CHANGING TO RAIN OVERNIGHT. POWER OUTAGES  
LIKELY.  
 
THE FREEZING RAIN HAS TRANSITIONED TO RAIN NEAR LAKE ONTARIO BUT  
LINGERS A LITTLE FARTHER NORTH CLOSER TO THE OAK RIDGES MORAINE. IT  
WILL CHANGE TO RAIN EVERYWHERE LATER TONIGHT.  
 
ICE ACCUMULATIONS COMBINED WITH GUSTY NORTHEAST WINDS TO 70 OR 80  
KM/H NEAR LAKE ONTARIO WILL RESULT IN SPORADIC POWER OUTAGES DUE TO  
FALLEN TREE LIMBS AND POWER LINES. THE WINDS SHOULD EASE LATER  
TONIGHT AS WELL.  
 
DANGEROUS WINTER DRIVING CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED ON UNTREATED ROADS,  
WORSENED BY FALLEN TREE LIMBS.
