SIGNIFICANT FREEZING RAIN GRADUALLY CHANGING TO RAIN. POWER OUTAGES  
LIKELY TO CONTINUE INTO THE OVERNIGHT HOURS.  
 
THE FREEZING RAIN CONTINUES TO TRANSITION TO RAIN AS TEMPERATURES  
NUDGE SLIGHTLY ABOVE THE FREEZING MARK. IT SHOULD CHANGE TO RAIN  
ACROSS THE ENTIRE AREA OVERNIGHT AS TEMPERATURES RISE TO NEAR PLUS  
3. THIS WARNING WILL LIKELY BE ENDED BEFORE 5 A.M.  
 
WINDS ARE EASING ALTHOUGH LOCAL POWER OUTAGES MAY STILL OCCUR.  
 
DANGEROUS WINTER DRIVING CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED ON UNTREATED ROADS,  
WORSENED BY FALLEN TREE LIMBS.  
 
TRAVEL IS NOT RECOMMENDED. BEWARE OF BRANCHES OR ELECTRICAL WIRES  
THAT COULD BREAK UNDER THE WEIGHT OF ICE. STAY AWAY FROM FALLEN  
POWER LINES. PUBLIC SAFETY CANADA ENCOURAGES EVERYONE TO MAKE AN
