FREEZING RAIN GRADUALLY ENDING TODAY. LOCALIZED POWER OUTAGES  
LIKELY.  
THE FREEZING RAIN IS SLOWLY TRANSITIONING TO RAIN ACROSS THE REGION,  
BUT COULD LINGER INTO EARLY AFTERNOON AS TEMPERATURES STRUGGLE TO  
RISE ABOVE THE FREEZING MARK. THE PRECIPITATION SHOULD CHANGE TO  
RAIN OR WET SNOW BY THIS AFTERNOON.  
 
SURFACES SUCH AS HIGHWAYS, ROADS, WALKWAYS AND PARKING LOTS WILL  
BECOME ICY, SLIPPERY AND HAZARDOUS. BEWARE OF BRANCHES OR ELECTRICAL  
WIRES THAT COULD BREAK UNDER THE WEIGHT OF ICE.
