SOUTHERN HOWARD COUNTY IN WESTERN TEXAS...  
SOUTHEASTERN MARTIN COUNTY IN WESTERN TEXAS...

* AT 824 AM CDT, DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED RAINFALL TOTALS OF 3 TO 8  
INCHES ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. FLOODING AND FLASH FLOODING IS  
EXPECTED ALONG OR NEAR HIGHWAY 87 AND RANCH ROADS 818 AND 821. THE  
CHANCE FOR ADDITIONAL RAINFALL IS DECREASING, BUT IT WILL TAKE
