EXPECTED TO CONTINUE TODAY WITH A GRADUAL TURN TO THE NORTHEAST  
THURSDAY NIGHT.  
 
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 70 MPH (110 KM/H) WITH HIGHER  
GUSTS. SOME STRENGTHENING IS FORECAST AND OPHELIA IS ANTICIPATED TO
