WHERE IT WILL DISSIPATE EACH MORNING. A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE OFF  
THE TEXAS COAST WEDNESDAY, AND EXTEND FROM THE FLORIDA PANHANDLE  
TO BROWNSVILLE, TEXAS BY LATE WED, AND FROM NEAR TAMPA BAY TO  
25N94W TO 18N94W BY LATE THU. THE FRONT STALLS FROM W-CENTRAL  
FLORIDA TO EXTREME W BAY OF CAMPECHE FRI. STRONG HIGH PRESSURE  
BUILDING OVER THE MID-ATLANTIC WILL RESULT IN FRESH TO LOCALLY
