THE TEXAS COAST WEDNESDAY, AND EXTEND FROM THE FLORIDA BIG BEND  
TO 26N96W TO 22N97W BY THU. THE FRONT STALLS FROM W-CENTRAL  
FLORIDA TO EXTREME W BAY OF CAMPECHE FRI. STRONG HIGH PRESSURE  
BUILDING OVER THE MID- ATLANTIC WILL RESULT IN FRESH TO LOCALLY  
STRONG NE WINDS E OF 85W FRI NIGHT AND SAT. HIGHEST WINDS
