STRONG HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE MID- ATLANTIC STATES WILL INCREASE  
NE TO E WINDS BEHIND THE FRONT LATE FRI THROUGH EARLY SUN.  
WINDS SUBSIDE SUN IN ADVANCE OF A REINFORCING COLD FRONT MOVING
