A FRONTAL TROUGH EXTENDING NORTHWEST FROM THE STRAITS OF FLORIDA  
TO THE NORTHEAST TEXAS COAST WILL CONTINUE TO LIFT NORTHEAST  
THROUGH TONIGHT WITH MODERATE RETURN FLOW FORECAST ACROSS THE  
ENTIRE GULF WATERS. A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE INTO THE NORTHWEST  
GULF WATERS AROUND SUNRISE ON WED, FOLLOWED BY STRONG NORTH-  
NORTHEAST FLOW BRIEFLY ACROSS THE NORTHWEST WATERS ON WED  
AFTERNOON THROUGH EARLY WED NIGHT. THE COLD FRONT WILL STALL  
ALONG 25N ON THU, THEN LIFT BACK NORTH ACROSS THE NORTHERN  
WATERS ON FRI AND SAT.

STRONG TO NEAR GALE FORCE TRADES ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE SOUTH-  
CENTRAL CARIBBEAN THIS WEEK, EXCEPT FOR NOCTURNAL PULSES TO  
MINIMAL GALE FORCE ALONG THE NORTHWEST COAST OF COLOMBIA. FRESH  
TO STRONG TRADES ARE FORECAST ELSEWHERE ACROSS THE CENTRAL  
CARIBBEAN, INCLUDING THE NORTH-CENTRAL PASSAGES, THROUGH FRI  
WHEN THESE CONDITIONS WILL SPREAD EAST ACROSS THE EAST  
CARIBBEAN, AND CONTINUE THROUGH SAT NIGHT. FRESH TO LOCALLY  
STRONG TRADES, ACCOMPANIED BY LARGE EAST SWELL, WILL CONTINUE  
ACROSS THE TROPICAL WATERS THROUGH SAT.

A SLOWING COLD FRONT EXTENDING FROM 31N68W TO THE STRAITS OF  
FLORIDA WILL STALL FROM 30N65W TO THE STRAITS OF FLORIDA THIS  
AFTERNOON, THEN DISSIPATE THROUGH MID WEEK. A SECOND COLD FRONT  
WILL MOVE OFF THE NORTHEAST FLORIDA COAST ON WED NIGHT AND STALL  
FROM BERMUDA TO SOUTHEAST FLORIDA ON THU NIGHT. FRESH TO LOCALLY  
STRONG TRADES ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE TROPICAL WATERS SOUTH OF
