A FRONTAL TROUGH EXTENDING NORTHWEST FROM THE  
STRAITS OF FLORIDA TO THE NORTHEAST TEXAS COAST WILL CONTINUE TO  
LIFT NORTHEAST THROUGH TONIGHT. A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE INTO THE  
NORTHWEST GULF WATERS AROUND SUNRISE ON WED AND STALL ALONG 25N  
ON THU, THEN LIFT BACK NORTH ACROSS THE NORTHERN WATERS ON FRI AND  
SAT.
