AND THE SOUTHWEST NORTH ATLANTIC INCLUDING THE BAHAMAS

A COLD FRONT IS MOVING ACROSS THE NW GULF WATERS. LATEST SURFACE  
OBSERVATIONS INDICATE FRESH TO STRONG WINDS WEST OF THE FRONT  
WITH SEAS IN THE 6-8 FT RANGE. EAST OF THE FRONT, GENTLE TO  
MODERATE WINDS WITH SEAS IN THE 3-5 FT RANGE PREVAIL. THE COLD  
FRONT WILL SHIFT SOUTHEAST AND STALL ALONG 25N ON THU. REMNANTS  
OF THE FRONT WILL LIFT NORTH ACROSS THE NORTHERN GULF WATERS ON  
FRI AND SAT. A SECOND COLD FRONT WILL MOVE OFF THE TEXAS COAST ON  
SUN. STRONG NORTHERLY FLOW WILL DEVELOP ACROSS THE NORTHWEST  
WATERS LATE THIS AFTERNOON, WITH THESE STRONG WINDS SHIFTING  
SOUTH ALONG THE COAST OF MEXICO TONIGHT, AND PERSISTING NEAR  
VERACRUZ THROUGH SUNRISE ON FRI.

LATEST SURFACE OBSERVATIONS DEPICT STRONG TO NEAR GALE WINDS  
PREVAIL OVER THE SOUTH CENTRAL CARIBBEAN, FRESH TO STRONG WINDS  
OVER THE NORTH CENTRAL CARIBBEAN AND EASTERN CARIBBEAN, AND  
MODERATE TO FRESH WINDS PREVAILING ELSEWHERE. SEAS ARE IN THE 10  
TO 14 FT RANGE OVER THE SOUTH CENTRAL CARIBBEAN, 8 TO 10 FT OVER  
THE NORTH CENTRAL CARIBBEAN, 6-8 FT OVER THE EASTERN CARIBBEAN,  
AND 5-7 FT OVER THE WESTERN CARIBBEAN.THE STRONG TO NEAR GALE  
FORCE TRADES WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE SOUTH- CENTRAL CARIBBEAN  
WITH NOCTURNAL PULSES TO MINIMAL GALE FORCE ALONG THE NORTHWEST  
COAST OF COLOMBIA. FRESH TO STRONG TRADES ARE FORECAST ELSEWHERE  
ACROSS THE CENTRAL CARIBBEAN, INCLUDING THE NORTH- CENTRAL  
PASSAGES THROUGH FRI. THESE CONDITIONS WILL THEN SPREAD EAST  
ACROSS THE EAST CARIBBEAN AND CONTINUE THROUGH SAT NIGHT. FRESH  
TO LOCALLY STRONG TRADES, ACCOMPANIED BY LARGE EAST SWELL, WILL  
CONTINUE ACROSS THE TROPICAL WATERS THROUGH SUN.

LATEST SURFACE OBSERVATIONS INDICATE MODERATE TO FRESH WINDS OVER  
THE FORECAST WATERS S OF 21N AND W OF 60W, FRESH TO STRONG WINDS  
S OF 25N AND E OF 60W, AND GENTLE TO MODERATE ELSEWHERE. SEAS  
ARE IN THE 7-10 FT RANGE E OF 60W, 4-6 FT OFF THE SE COAST OF  
THE U.S., 6-8 FT ELSEWHERE OUTSIDE THE BAHAMAS, AND 1-3 FT W OF  
THE BAHAMAS. A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE OFF THE NORTHEAST FLORIDA  
COAST TONIGHT AND STALL FROM BERMUDA TO SOUTHEAST FLORIDA ON THU  
NIGHT. FRESH TO LOCALLY STRONG TRADES ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE  
WATERS SOUTH OF 22N BEGINNING LATE FRI NIGHT.
