WEAKEN, DIMINISHING WINDS AND SEAS TONIGHT THROUGH MON. TRADE  
WINDS WILL INCREASE ACROSS THE SOUTH- CENTRAL CARIBBEAN LATE MON  
THROUGH WED AS HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS ACROSS THE W ATLC.
