* AT 837 PM CDT, DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING  
HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. UP TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAVE  
ALREADY FALLEN. FLASH FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT.
