* AT 848 PM CDT, DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED  
AREA. UP TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN. FLASH  
FLOODING IS ALREADY OCCURRING. ANOTHER ROUND OF EXCESSIVE RAINFALL  
WAS ENTERING MCDONALD AND NEWTON COUNTIES FROM OKLAHOMA. THIS  
WILL WORSEN THE FLOODING THAT HAS ALREADY BEGAN.
