...TEMPERATURES WILL BE 15 TO 20 DEGREES BELOW AVERAGE OVER PARTS  
OF THE CENTRAL PLAINS/MIDDLE MISSISSIPPI VALLEY...  
 
A SLOW MOVING FRONT EXTENDING FROM THE LOWER GREAT LAKES TO THE  
MIDDLE MISSISSIPPI VALLEY SOUTHWARD TO THE LOWER MISSISSIPPI  
VALLEY/WESTERN GULF COAST THAT WILL MERGE WITH A BOUNDARY OVER THE  
MID-ATLANTIC BY TUESDAY EVENING. THE FRONT WILL THEN MOVE  
EASTWARD TO THE CENTRAL APPALACHIANS/MID-ATLANTIC SOUTHWARD TO THE  
CAROLINAS AND THE SOUTHEAST BY WEDNESDAY EVENING. SHOWERS AND  
THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP ALONG AND AHEAD OF THE BOUNDARY FROM  
THE MIDDLE/LOWER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY INTO THE WESTERN GULF COAST  
THAT WILL MOVE EASTWARD TO PARTS OF THE WESTERN OHIO/TENNESSEE  
VALLEYS BY TUESDAY EVENING. OVERNIGHT TUESDAY, THE SHOWERS AND  
THUNDERSTORMS WILL DISSIPATE OVER THE TENNESSEE VALLEY WHILE  
CONTINUING OVER THE OHIO VALLEY EASTWARD TO PARTS OF THE  
MID-ATLANTIC BY WEDNESDAY MORNING. ON WEDNESDAY AS THE SHOWERS  
AND THUNDERSTORMS MOVE TO MID-ATLANTIC, SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS  
WILL REDEVELOP ALONG AND AHEAD OF THE FRONT FROM THE SOUTHERN  
MID-ATLANTIC TO THE SOUTHEAST, CONTINUING OVER THE REGION THROUGH  
WEDNESDAY EVENING. IN ADDITION, RAIN WILL DEVELOP OVER PARTS OF  
THE CENTRAL PLAINS/MIDDLE MISSISSIPPI VALLEY THAT WILL EXPAND  
NORTHWARD INTO PARTS OF THE GREAT LAKES TUESDAY EVENING INTO  
WEDNESDAY MORNING. THE RAIN WILL END OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS BY  
TUESDAY EVENING AND OVER THE MIDDLE MISSISSIPPI VALLEY BY  
WEDNESDAY MORNING. THE RAIN WILL THEN MOVE INTO PARTS OF THE  
NORTHEAST/NORTHERN MID-ATLANTIC ON WEDNESDAY INTO WEDNESDAY  
EVENING. FURTHERMORE IN THE WARM SECTOR, SHOWERS AND  
THUNDERSTORMS WILL ALSO DEVELOP OVER PARTS OF THE SOUTHERN OHIO  
VALLEY/TENNESSEE VALLEY EASTWARD TO THE SOUTHERN  
MID-ATLANTIC/SOUTHEAST ON TUESDAY ENDING OVERNIGHT TUESDAY OVER  
THE TENNESSEE VALLEY INTO PARTS OF THE SOUTHEAST.  
 
MEANWHILE, A FRONT WILL MOVE ONSHORE OVER THE NORTHWEST ON TUESDAY  
THAT WILL MOVE INLAND TO THE NORTHERN PLAINS/NORTHERN ROCKIES INTO  
PARTS OF THE GREAT BASIN BY WEDNESDAY EVENING. RAIN WILL DEVELOP  
OVER PARTS OF THE NORTHWEST COAST EXPANDING INLAND BY TUESDAY  
EVENING. THE RAIN WILL INCREASES INTO THE NORTHERN INTERMOUNTAIN  
REGION BY WEDNESDAY MORNING AND INTO PARTS OF THE NORTHERN ROCKIES  
BY WEDNESDAY EVENING. ADDITIONALLY OVERNIGHT TUESDAY, SNOW WILL  
DEVELOP OVER THE HIGHEST ELEVATIONS OF THE CASCADES AND INTO THE  
NORTHERN ROCKIES THROUGH WEDNESDAY EVENING.
