A DEEP UPPER-LEVEL TROUGH OVER THE MIDDLE/UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY  
WILL DEEPEN AND THE TROUGH AXIS WILL MOVE TO THE GREAT LAKES TO  
THE EASTERN GULF COAST BY WEDNESDAY. RAIN WILL DEVELOP OVER THE  
GREAT LAKES/OHIO VALLEY THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING. WET SNOW WILL  
ALSO DEVELOP OVER PARTS OF THE NORTHWESTERN PORTION OF THE UPPER  
PENINSULA OF MICHIGAN TUESDAY AFTERNOON INTO LATE TUESDAY EVENING.  
RAIN WILL ALSO DEVELOP OVER PARTS OF THE LOWER GREAT LAKES INTO  
THE CENTRAL APPALACHIANS THAT WILL MOVE SLOWLY MOVE INTO PARTS OF  
NORTHERN NEW ENGLAND BY WEDNESDAY MORNING.
