EAST COAST THROUGH MONDAY. TROPICAL STORM PHILIPPE WILL BECOME  
ABSORBED INTO THE FRONTAL ZONE OVER THE WESTERN ATLANTIC WHILE  
BECOMING EXTRA-TROPICAL BY MONDAY. SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL  
DEVELOP OVER THE SOUTHERN TIP OF FLORIDA THROUGH EARLY SUNDAY  
MORNING. SEE THE LATEST ADVISORY FROM THE NATIONAL HURRICANE  
CENTER FOR THE MOST UP TO DATE INFORMATION ON STORM TRACK AND  
INTENSITY.  
 
MEANWHILE, A STRONG FRONT EXTENDING FROM THE NORTHERN APPALACHIANS  
SOUTHWARD TO THE PANHANDLE OF FLORIDA WILL SLOWLY MOVE OFF THE  
SOUTHEAST/MID-ATLANTIC COAST ON SUNDAY. LOW PRESSURE ALONG THE  
BOUNDARY OVER THE SOUTHERN APPALACHIANS WILL RAPIDLY DEEPEN WHILE  
MOVING NORTHWARD TO THE NORTHERN APPALACHIANS BY MONDAY MORNING.  
ALSO BY MONDAY MORNING TROPICAL STORM PHILIPPE BECOME ABSORBED AS  
TRIPLE POINT LOW OVER SOUTHEASTERN CANADA. SHOWERS AND  
THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP ALONG AND AHEAD OF THE SOUTHERN PORTION  
OF THE FRONT OVER THE SOUTHEAST THAT WILL LIKEWISE MOVE OFF THE  
SOUTHEAST COAST BY SUNDAY MORNING. IN ADDITION, SHOWERS AND  
THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP OVER PARTS OF THE SOUTHERN MID-ATLANTIC  
ON SUNDAY MOVING OFF THE SOUTHERN MID-ATLANTIC COAST BY SUNDAY  
EVENING. RAIN WILL DEVELOP ALONG THE FRONT FROM THE CENTRAL  
APPALACHIANS TO THE LOWER GREAT LAKES/NORTHERN APPALACHIANS THAT  
WILL MOVE INTO THE NORTHEAST/NORTHERN MID-ATLANTIC BY SUNDAY  
AFTERNOON. RAIN, HEAVY AT TIMES, WILL DEVELOP OVER PARTS OF THE  
NORTHERN APPALACHIANS/NORTHERN MID-ATLANTIC COAST THAT WILL LIFT  
INTO THE LOWER GREAT LAKES OVERNIGHT SUNDAY INTO MONDAY. ON  
MONDAY, RAIN, HEAVY AT TIMES, WILL DEVELOP OVER PARTS OF NORTHERN  
NEW ENGLAND. ADDITIONALLY, LIGHT SNOW WILL DEVELOP OVER PARTS OF  
THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS OF THE CENTRAL APPALACHIANS OVERNIGHT SUNDAY  
ENDING ON MONDAY MORNING.  
 
FURTHERMORE, A FRONT OVER CENTRAL CANADA WILL MOVE SOUTHEASTWARD  
TO THE UPPER GREAT LAKES/WESTERN OHIO VALLEY SOUTHWESTWARD INTO  
THE SOUTHERN HIGH PLAINS BY MONDAY. RAIN WILL DEVELOP OVER PARTS  
OF THE NORTHERN HIGH PLAINS/NORTHERN PLAINS THAT WILL MOVE INTO  
PARTS OF THE UPPER/MIDDLE MISSISSIPPI VALLEY BY SUNDAY EVENING AND  
INTO PARTS OF THE UPPER GREAT LAKES BY MONDAY. LIGHT SNOW WILL  
DEVELOP OVER PARTS OF THE NORTHERN/CENTRAL ROCKIES OVERNIGHT  
SUNDAY INTO MONDAY WITH LIGHT ACCUMULATIONS. SIMILARLY, LIGHT  
SNOW WILL DEVELOP OVER PARTS OF UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY/UPPER
