A DEEP UPPER-LEVEL LOW OVER JAMES BAY WILL SLOWLY MOVE  
NORTHEASTWARD TO THE DAVIS STRAIT BY WEDNESDAY. UPPER-LEVEL  
ENERGY OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS/MIDDLE MISSISSIPPI VALLEY WILL MOVE  
EASTWARD AROUND THE UPPER-LEVEL LOW TO MAINE BY TUESDAY AFTERNOON  
THEN MOVING INTO EASTERN CANADA BY WEDNESDAY. LIGHT SNOW AND RAIN  
WILL DEVELOP OVER PARTS OF UPPER GREAT LAKES/UPPER MISSISSIPPI  
VALLEY THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING. TUESDAY INTO WEDNESDAY, LAKE  
ENHANCED SNOW WILL DEVELOP OVER OVER PARTS OF UPPER GREAT LAKES  
THAT WILL BEGIN TO WANE ON WEDNESDAY. IN ADDITION, RAIN WILL  
DEVELOP OVER THE PARTS OF THE OHIO VALLEY INTO THE LOWER GREAT  
LAKES THAT WILL END OVER THE OHIO VALLEY BY EARLY TUESDAY MORNING.  
THE RAIN OVER THE LOWER GREAT LAKES WILL ALSO WANE BY WEDNESDAY  
MORNING.  
 
MEANWHILE, UPPER-LEVEL ENERGY OVER NORTHWESTERN MEXICO AND  
UPPER-LEVEL ENERGY OVER THE NORTHERN HIGH PLAINS WILL MERGE  
TOGETHER OVER THE CENTRAL/SOUTHERN ROCKIES AND MOVE EASTWARD TO  
THE MIDDLE/LOWER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY INTO THE OHIO VALLEY BY  
WEDNESDAY. LIGHT SNOW WILL DEVELOP OVER PARTS OF THE CENTRAL  
ROCKIES THROUGH TUESDAY AFTERNOON. MOISTURE FROM THE GULF OF  
MEXICO WILL MOVE NORTHWARD OVER THE SOUTHERN PLAINS INTO THE  
CENTRAL HIGH PLAINS STARTING OVERNIGHT MONDAY INTO TUESDAY  
EVENING. TUESDAY INTO WEDNESDAY, THE MOISTURE AXIS WILL MOVE  
EASTWARD INTO THE LOWER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY BY WEDNESDAY. THE  
ENERGY WILL AID IN PRODUCING SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS OVER PARTS  
OF THE SOUTHWEST BY LATE MONDAY NIGHT THAT WILL MOVE INTO THE  
SOUTHERN ROCKIES/SOUTHERN HIGH PLAINS BY TUESDAY MORNING. ON  
TUESDAY RAIN WILL MOVE INTO THE SOUTHERN/CENTRAL PLAINS THAT WILL  
MOVE INTO PARTS OF THE SOUTHERN OHIO/MIDDLE MISSISSIPPI VALLEY AND  
THE TENNESSEE VALLEY BY WEDNESDAY MORNING. SHOWERS AND  
THUNDERSTORMS WILL REDEVELOP OVER THE WESTERN GULF COAST BY  
TUESDAY MORNING THAT WILL EXPAND INTO PARTS OF THE LOWER  
MISSISSIPPI VALLEY BY WEDNESDAY.  
 
FURTHERMORE, A FRONT OVER NORTHWESTERN CANADA WILL MOVE SOUTHWARD  
INTO THE NORTHERN ROCKIES/NORTHERN PLAINS ON TUESDAY EVENING INTO  
WEDNESDAY. RAIN AND SNOW WILL DEVELOP OVER PARTS OF THE NORTHERN  
HIGH PLAINS OVERNIGHT TUESDAY EXPANDING INTO PARTS OF THE NORTHERN  
PLAINS BY WEDNESDAY. SIMILARLY, SNOW WILL DEVELOP OVER PARTS OF  
THE NORTHERN ROCKIES THAT WILL BECOME HEAVY AT TIMES TUESDAY  
EVENING INTO WEDNESDAY MORNING.
