FIRE WEATHER CONCERNS WILL BE LOW TODAY. SEASONALLY COOL TO COLD  
TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE COUNTRY AND SURFACE HIGH  
PRESSURE WILL BUILD ACROSS MUCH OF THE U.S. EAST OF THE ROCKIES.  
WHILE A PROGRESSIVE UPPER-LEVEL PATTERN WILL BRING A TROUGH ONSHORE  
THE PACIFIC COAST AND ANOTHER TROUGH ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES AND  
ATLANTIC SEABOARD, LOW-LEVEL WINDS WILL REMAIN LIGHT. THIS  
COMBINATION OF COOL TEMPERATURES AND LIGHT WINDS WILL PRECLUDE FIRE  
WEATHER CONCERNS.
