LOWER 48 STATES.  
   
..WEST-CENTRAL GA SOUTH TO THE FL PANHANDLE
 
 
A SUB-SEVERE BAND OF THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO PROGRESS  
EASTWARD ACROSS THIS REGION DURING THE EVENING. MOISTURE, COUPLED  
WITH WEAK LAPSE RATES AND FRONTAL LIFT, WILL COMBINE TO SUSTAIN A  
THUNDERSTORM RISK INTO WESTERN AND SOUTHWEST GA. HOWEVER, VERY  
LIMITED BUOYANCY WILL NEGATE A SEVERE RISK WITH THIS ACTIVITY.  
 
ELSEWHERE, A COUPLE OF THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE ACROSS SOUTHEAST  
LA AND DEEP SOUTH TX DURING THE EARLY EVENING BEFORE DISSIPATING. A  
COUPLE OF LIGHTNING FLASHES ARE POSSIBLE IN CENTRAL AZ DURING THE  
01-02Z PERIOD BEFORE CEASING.
