* AT 906 AM CDT, DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE  
CONTINUING TO PRODUCE HEAVY RAIN WHICH IS CAUSING LOCALIZED  
FLOODING. AT LEAST 4 TO 6 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN OVERNIGHT  
WITH ISOLATED 6 TO 7 INCH OBSERVED TOTALS.
