AN UPPER LOW THAT HAS BEEN OVER THE GREAT BASIN THE LAST FEW DAYS  
HAS FINALLY LIFTED OUT OF THE AREA. THIS PUTS A BRIEF UPPER RIDGE  
OVER IDAHO TODAY. THE AIRMASS REMAINS WARM AND MOIST, THEREFORE  
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS REMAIN IN THE FORECAST THIS AFTERNOON.  
ANOTHER UPPER LOW MOVES INTO THE SIERRAS MOUNTAINS AND GREAT BASIN  
FRIDAY AFTERNOON BRINGING MUCH BETTER CHANCES OF THUNDERSTORMS,  
SOME OF WHICH COULD BRING HEAVY RAINS AND HAIL TO THE BURN AREA  
LATE IN THE AFTERNOON AND THROUGH THE EVENING. GUSTY WINDS CAN BE  
EXPECTED IN THE VICINITY OF THUNDERSTORMS EACH DAY.
