WE ARE IN THE TRANSITION FROM THE WARM AND DRY CONDITIONS TO A WETTER  
AND COOLER PATTERN, BUT IT WILL TAKE A FEW DAYS. EXPECT GRADUALLY  
DECREASING TEMPERATURES AND INCREASING HUMIDITIES EACH DAY, ALONG  
WITH SLIGHTLY WEAKER INVERSIONS EACH MORNING. THE INVERSIONS SHOULD  
TOP OUT BETWEEN 4000-4500 FEET IN ELEVATION, AND WILL LIKELY BREAK  
JUST BETWEEN 10 AND 11 AM LOCAL TIME. SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL INCREASE  
WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY AHEAD OF AN APPROACHING FRONT, AND WETTING  
RAINS ARE EXPECTED TO MOVE IN OVER THE FIRE PERIMETER BY THURSDAY
