MODERATE TUESDAY INTO WEDNESDAY AS WINDS SLOWLY INCREASE.  
WEDNESDAY NIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY MODERATE TO STRONG AND GUSTY  
SOUTH WINDS WILL OCCUR AT MOST LOCATIONS. THE STRONG FRONTAL  
SYSTEM DRIVING THESE WINDS WILL BRING WETTING RAINFALL SPREADING  
INLAND FROM THE COAST TO THE CASCADES DURING THE DAY ON THURSDAY,  
AND THEN ACROSS THE EAST SIDE THURSDAY NIGHT INTO FRIDAY. SNOW  
LEVELS ARE EXPECTED TO FALL TO NEAR 5,000 FEET FRIDAY. A WARM
