* WIND...15 TO 25 MPH WITH LOCAL GUSTS TO 40 MPH POSSIBLE.  
 
* HUMIDITY...30 TO 45 PERCENT FOR SEVERAL HOURS EARLY AFTERNOON.  
 
* THUNDERSTORMS...NONE.  
 
* HIGHEST THREAT...IS LOCATED AROUND GUANICA AND CAMP SANTIAGO.  
 
* IMPACTS...ANY FIRES THAT DEVELOP WILL LIKELY SPREAD RAPIDLY.
