* TIMING...THROUGH MID-MORNING.  
 
* IMPACTS...LIMITED VISIBILITIES WILL MAKE TRAVEL VERY DIFFICULT.  
 
* LOCATION...MASSACHUSETTS EAST COAST FROM BOSTON SOUTHWARD AND  
MASSACHUSETTS SOUTH COAST, INCLUDING CAPE COD AND THE ISLANDS.
